Vent and Aile are the central characters of Capcom's Mega Man ZX (released as Rockman ZX in Japan), debuting in 2006 on the Nintendo DS.

Vent is the male protagonist, while Aile is the female. Regardless of the chosen character, they begin as couriers working for Giro Express.

Both Vent and Aile are caught up in events surrounding the Model Z Mega Man, eventually gaining the ability to "Mega Merge" with it, transforming into Mega Man Model Z. Their primary goal is to fight against Mavericks and protect the innocent.

The unused protagonist becomes a reploid character named Grey or Ashe in the sequel Mega Man ZX Advent.
